Terms of Service.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Crislondon. Our registered company name, company number and registered office are set out under Company details at the end of this page.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the company named under Company details at the end of this page, trading as Crislondon, and “you” means the person buying or watching The Goldprint. You can reach us at info@crislondon.com or on 020 4524 0238.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your purchase of The Goldprint and to your use of this website, crislondon.com. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read them and that you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not buy The Goldprint. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

We may change these terms, for example if the law changes or the way we deliver it changes. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page on the day you bought, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.

3. What you are buying

The Goldprint is digital content: online video education about trading gold (XAUUSD), supplied as recorded video modules you watch at your own pace. The price is £500 in pounds sterling, paid once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing further to pay. Your purchase includes:

• every video in The Goldprint, across all modules;
• access for as long as we make The Goldprint available, watched as often as you like on any device you own;
• any future videos we add, at no extra cost.

The Goldprint is educational material. It does not include individual coaching, mentoring, signals, trade ideas or any personal service unless we have agreed that separately in writing.

4. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on a checkout page operated by Stripe, not on this site; we never see or store your full card details. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us comes into existence when we email you your access links. If for any reason we cannot supply The Goldprint, we will tell you and refund your payment in full.

5. Delivery and access

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address you gave at checkout containing private links to the videos. There is no account, no username and no password. The email is your access, so keep it safe.

If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at info@crislondon.com and we will send it again. You need your own internet connection and a device able to play streaming video; those are your responsibility and their cost is not included in the price.

6. How you may use The Goldprint

When you buy, we grant you a personal licence to watch The Goldprint for your own private learning, for as long as we make it available. The licence is not exclusive to you, it is not for any commercial purpose, and you may not transfer it to anyone else. You may not:

• share, forward, sell or publish your access links, or let anyone else use them;
• download, record, capture the screen or otherwise copy the videos, apart from any material we expressly provide as a download;
• upload, stream, broadcast or redistribute any part of The Goldprint, publicly or privately, including to a group chat, a shared drive or a file sharing service;
• resell The Goldprint, or use its content to teach, coach or build a competing product or paid service;
• remove, obscure or alter any notice of ownership in the material.

Access links are issued to one buyer. If we find that links are being shared or that our material is being redistributed, we may suspend or withdraw access without a refund, and we may take further action to protect our rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content in The Goldprint and on this website (the videos, the frameworks and written material, the wordmark, the photography and the design) belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights. Buying it buys the licence described in section 6. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

8. Education only: no financial advice

The Goldprint teaches how one market works and how to think about structure, levels and liquidity. It is educational material and nothing more. Nothing in The Goldprint, on this website or in anything we send you is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not manage money, place trades or provide signals, and we do not know your circumstances.

Trading gold (XAUUSD), foreign exchange, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies or any other financial instrument carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your capital; never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

We make no promise, guarantee or projection of any profit, income or result from anything The Goldprint teaches. Every decision you take in the market is yours alone and you are responsible for it. If you want advice about your own situation, speak to a suitably qualified adviser who is authorised to give it.

9. Refunds

All sales are final. Because The Goldprint is digital content supplied to you immediately, checkout asks you to consent to that immediate supply and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the usual 14 day right to cancel. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected. The full position, including how to raise a problem, is set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to The Goldprint and availability

We may improve The Goldprint and add to it, and that is included in what you bought. We may occasionally have to change, replace or withdraw a piece of material, for example if a third party’s rights require it, but we will not materially reduce what you paid for. We do not promise that the website or the videos will be available without interruption; they depend on services we do not control.

11. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that:

• we are not liable for any trading, investment or other financial loss you incur. The Goldprint is education; the decisions and the risk are yours;
• we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable to both of us when you bought;
• The Goldprint is supplied for private use. If you use it for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity;
• our total liability to you for any claim connected with The Goldprint or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

12. If something goes wrong

Email us first at info@crislondon.com. Most problems (an email that has not arrived, a link that will not open, a video that will not play) we can put right quickly.

13. Governing law

These terms, your purchase and any dispute arising from either are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply. If we do not insist on something you are required to do, that does not mean we have given it up.
